BACKGROUND: The Losers
INCENTIVE:To keep the 25 children from dying, and subsequently being betrayed and left for dead as well as stopping Max from manipulating events in order to establish world domininance. Essentially, he would like the children to not have been involved with the drug smuggler, and also to get his and the rest of his team's lives back because of Max's attempt to create a new world order via terrorism and manipulating information using the CIA and other organizations both legal and illegal.
FIT: Jake Jensen joined the Special Forces to make a difference with his skills and save the world. Or close enough. He accepted the offer from the representatives to help them out in exchange for his incentive, though he's also looking for a bit of a vacation from his current focus. As he does have weapons training and despite the assurances of the reps, he'll bring his gun, but register it as required. He's still aware that even the most overtly well behaved person might not behave very well all the time. He'll find a job suited to his skills and keep an eye on those who're more innocent of the world.
CONSENT: Jensen is fully aware of informed consent. He tries to pick up women but backs off when they reject his advances as shown when he tries to pick up Aisha shortly after they acquire the helicopter. He clues in (slowly) she's not interested and backs off. Not to say that he's a perfect angel, since the rescue team didn't exactly consent to being drugged and having their helicopter taken, either. But none of the crew were permanently harmed and any deaths directly attributable to Jake and his team were those who were in the employ of Max and who definitely were not interested in civil discussion of their life choices. Although he also accidentally flashed three women when the elevator he was changing in opened. Oops. But that was very much unintentional, and not his usual behavior.
